Leadership in nursing is no different than leadership and management theories in general. The same theories apply. They may have slightly different applications, but the main ideas stay. For example, these were listed as a general decision making model.

Implement solution
Follow up and control

Evaluation
no matter what I call these steps, I am using them at school, and work as a nurse, and with my family.
